The Champion and His Burning Flame
“The Champion and His Burning Flames” is one of the best bands I know of that’s not widely known (at least in my circles). Led by talented songwriter David Arnold, these guys have flown under the indie radar for a while now, but they can’t stay a secret for much longer.
Patrick Lee
Patrick Lee skips between genres without missing a beat. He plays funk, electronic, jazz, and cinematic tones, often within the span of one song. For the most part it’s instrumental work, but Lee refuses to confine himself to any one style.
Morning Crash
Marc Mifune (aka Morning Crash) was the first musician we worked with in The River Artists Series. Marc is a talented multi-instrumentalist from France who produces music in a variety of moods and styles. His songs are sometimes playful, often cinematic, and they feel very much like the score to Amelie.
